Returns & Alterations

Your suit is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. We’re here to help. If for any reason your suit needs adjustments, contact our Customer Experience team and we will guide you through the process.


In the event that your made-to-measure suit does not fit the way you like, you have the option to take it in to a local tailor and recieve a reimbursement from IZOTTI. Simply click the link below to download our itemized form and have your tailor fill it out.

We cover up to $75 for alterations in US or Canada. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered.

You can use our alterations portal to upload your receipts and update your measurements with us on file. 


All of our suits are made-to-measure and cut from limited fabric swaths. As a result we do not accept returns. However, if your suit has a fabric quality issue, we will refund the value of your suit for a store credit.

If there's any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
